[kwlug-disc] Encoding problems (was: voip.ms referral)

I think we established that Anton and I have a mail user agent that uses
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
in the email we are sending to the list server. The updated version of the list server no longer knows how to process this encoding correctly. My user agent is the fastmail.com web interface.
