In Alesh's ChimeraOS talk, we had a very smooth setup with switching 
between presentation and view onto physical things.

For video creation I've used a script that takes BigBlueButton's raw 
meeting folder and outputs folder with humanly named files that and 
instruction of at which point these should be added into video editor's 
timeline. Placing video and audio at specified moments takes the least 
time. Although, this is a sync of events how server sees them, audio and 
video need to be aligned  ever so slightly for perfect result. Time 
saved with better flow now goes into video nuances producing even better 
result 😎
