[kwlug-disc] Modern phone(s) to run Mobian, not Android

It is probably not all emails. It is emails from clients that use
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
in their headers. Mailman messes up replies from mail clients that use
this. 

I don't have a good answer or resolution for this. Our Mailman install
is handled by CPanel, and since they had a rocky upgrade our
experience has been bad as well. Maybe migrating someplace else is a
possibility but my inclination is for us to be patient for a while.
