So, I moved to Tiered plan.

Depends on how any people live at home, and what they do.
In summer, there is the A/C, and dehumidifier.
Also, for the air not to go stale, there is the furnace fan that works 40
minutes every hour.
Then there is the water kettle for beverages, oven toasters, dryer, and on
and on and on.

Yes, Tiered plan is cheaper, but not by a whole lot.
