I am not entirely sure.

But I was with CarryTel until July 2024, and paying $54.99.
I complained because there were cheaper around (Vmedia).
But they didn't take my complaint seriously, so I signed up
with Vmedia.

I would have stayed with the latter, but they had frequent
outages. Not too much, but disruptive.

So I contacted CarryTel, and this time they took me seriously.
That is probably how I got the rate, and maybe it is one year
only or something.
I switched back to Carrytel in December.

So contact them and complain.
Have one or two competing prices from other companies.
