This is very niche, I admit, but it's the most extensive vi-based
browser I know of:

I've been using it for a few years and it's the fastest thing I
know of for browsing. Video support is not very good; I end up
using yt-dlp frequently (eliminates the ads) or firefox for
videos, but I should be watching fewer of them anyway. Except for
those very poorly designed web pages, with qutebrowser I hardly
ever reach for the mouse.
