What if it is the employer that is refusing to provide feedback and
refusing to progress with a candidate because they suspiciously and
*abruptly* terminated the recruiters contract after *immediately*
being introduced to the candidate (by the recruiter) . . . . Could
this be considered unfair or biased against the candidate, not only
due to the employer’s relationship with the recruiter but also because
of the candidate’s relationship with the recruiter?

This is a headhunter with a) substantial experience b) understands the
employer's business c) the actual job *technically* d) Highly
selective c) Interviews thoroughly d) Previous experience of
introducing staff to the employer e) had a previous interaction with
one hiring manager that they had to bring to HR and the CTO (now
retired) where that manager described a job to a candidate at the
interview stage as "shovelling horse like" (alleged)
