Should we then say "public vpn", or "vpn for general public"?
I had an occasion of long travel to the far land. I set up my own vpn in my office
space to access banks. It worked very good. Your own vpn's are a way to go.
You give vendor an address. May be vpn should have ip closer to this address, and
not be "general public vpn" service?
