I avoid putting public web sites on my home server.
Unless they are static, and have no dynamic component.
That avoids exploits that often emerge with WordPress modules, and are
quickly exploited.
Another aspect is that you can be a subject to unintentional DDoS.
Some crawlers/bots/penetration-attempts would hit your site too hard.
Rogers may then notice, and decide that you are in violation of their terms
of use, and block ports and such.
You are better off with a VPS in "the cloud".
