[kwlug-disc] NAS -- what protocol?

I only run SSHFS (=NFS-like SSH using FUSE).
It's installed by default on many Linux distributions (e.g., Fedora) and
transfers faster than SMB, about as fast as NFS, but a tad slower than SFTP
(e.g., with vsftpd).
