[kwlug-disc] OT: Canada Computers credit card skimmer

This is off-topic but I suspect more than one KWLUGer patronizes
Canada Computers, so I thought I would take the risk to post it. I got
this info from the KWTechs slack. 

Apparently there was a credit card skimmer for the online checkout at
Canada Computers. It has been running at least since December 2025,
and probably for a year before that. For some reason this has not been
reported in the mainstream media, but there is a Reddit thread with
receipts here:

If you have shopped online at Canada Computers you might want to check
your credit card statements and/or go through the headache of
cancelling things.
