Recommend (IIRC) Marathon by Rheem - - -  its a plastic in and out
with about 3" of insulation.
Most expensive but with suggested much much longer life. I installed
it myself after previous
heater blew out its bottom (leaking after a nice beeeeg boom that one
could feel) that had lasted
exactly weeks past its warranty date.

installed our for under $1200 some 7 or 8 years ago so they are most
definitely NOT cheap
but if they last as long as 2 cheapees - - - you're money ahead - - - imo.
