[kwlug-disc] (off topic) Water heater recommendation

We have a gas Navien tankless installed in 2010 and it is still working great.

The flow sensor has given me some trouble every 2-3 years but they are inexpensive so I keep a couple on hand. The replacement takes 5 minutes.

It was expensive but I got it for the efficiency and the fact that it freed up floor space.

All in all very happy.
