[kwlug-disc] OT: A/V helpers wanted to record all-candidates meetings

This is an off-topic request I find myself making every four years. 
I am looking for some A/V volunteers to record all-candidates meetings.

The Cherry Park and Victoria Hills Neighbourhood associations are
holding all-candidates meetings for the municipal election. These will
be held on Sundays (2-4pm) from Sept 13 to Oct 4 at the Victoria Hills
Community Centre (on Chopin Drive). They are handling all the
logistics and even providing microphones, but they need helpers to
record the meetings and get them online.

You do not need to be an A/V wizard to help. A cellphone recording
with reasonable audio is fine. We may be able to plug into the sound
system and get an audio-only recording, and that would be fine too.

I have tried reaching out to other communities and so far have not
gotten a peep of response. Surely the fine members of kwlug-disc can
do better?
