I'm impressed with all the customization he did.
I noticed that he has a "riced" laptop running Arch, and a stable desktop running Mint. And he hasn't abandoned Windows, because at 1:34 we see he used Adobe Premier Pro to edit the video. I'm confused by his statement that he cancelled his Adobe CC licence. My guess is that he keeps his business hardware and software (for his Youtube business) separate from his personal hardware, probably for tax reasons. So he cancelled his *personal* Adobe licence. I also figure he must have kept a Windows gaming rig for running games like Fortnite and other MMOs that won't run on SteamOS.
So after watching this video, I am thinking of ordering a Framework laptop that I can run experimental bleeding edge Linux software on. For me, this will mean Fedora and Wayland, and some tiling/scrolling window manager. I am also going to go deep into customizing the keyboard mappings. I'll keep my Linux Mint machine for times when I want a computer that works and isn't half broken.
