one of my cell numbers. On Friday, I started getting courtesy
emails stating that my account balance had fallen below the
warning level that I had set previously. So I logged in to
add to my available funds.</div>

was using a VPN. Outrageous, says I. So I opened a ticket
with Support, and they confirmed that you can't use a VPN on
parts of their site.</div>

couple of emails using my Grandma's Special Words to express
my displeasure. They insist that I can't use a VPN.</div>

<p>Will it console you to think that (a) "use of stolen" and "pay
via vpn" go hand in hand, hence, (b) vendors do blanket policies,
(c) potentially forced on them by credit cards. That vendor is
between a hard place and a rock.<br>
