I can certainly give you a shell to set it up. With docker access.
I can create any subdomain to point to the machine as you need too.
Currently only kwlug.foursquare.net is setup.
I'm not super familiar with 3NWeb, but maybe another node in the
network would help users overall?

There is an assumption in, quote, "may be another node in network
would help users".
There is no "3NWeb network", cause servers don't need to cooperate
to provide utility services, used by client side platform (e.g.
PrivacySafe) that runs apps for your needs: messaging, storage,
password manager/holder, so on. ( second talk in
https://kwlug.org/node/1440 )

When internet goes down -- internet of bigs vs the Internet that
is an actual network of switches -- if the rest goes down, clients
can still connect to server, for needed utilities: saving
encrypted blobs in storage, and picking incoming cypher blobs.
Apps on client platform will continue working.

VPS, somewhere, is a great example of why you'd want 3NWeb
platform versus NextCloud, or even CryptoPad:
- unlike NextCloud, everything is end-to-end encrypted, and
utility protocols don't have rich metadata for observation by
whatever can be observing VPS process in the "somewhere".
- unlike CryptoPad (and NextCloud), server doesn't know what apps
users have and use.
- unlike both of these, API surface for 3NWeb apps allows for
simple writing of apps/processes that live on the client side.
NextCloud and CryptoPad architectures still have
server-at-the-center tilt.

I'd love if someone else sets up 3NWeb server to verify my claim
that it is way easier and faster to setup than NextCloud, than
SMTP server. And may be in a process further simplifications can
be found, or a particular admin experience can be added.
