We need something what they're trying to do, ie. "front page" for
Linux in Canada. I sometimes think, just single LUG is sufficient
to cover all Canada. LUGs are shrinking and splintering, as Linux
becomes more mainstream. You can just ask Google AI and get
answers. Like I said, it's been tried before, and failed.<br>

I don't see anything nefarious about a site looking to promote
open-source... and clearly not generated by AI (due to the
typos ;-). </div>

The site is extremely light on "who"... there's no mention of
an<br>
actual person except a mysterious "Andre" who posted a blog
entry.<br>
The only thing unique about the site is that it is based in
SK,<br>
and misspells "One Couuntry" and "Stronger Togehter"<br>
<br>
My paranoid side expects more openness before I'd lend my name
to<br>
their org and nebulous goals. Let them actually do something
before<br>
we give them the power of numbers. They claim "one voice" is
a good<br>
thing, and I disagree.<br>

Just my $0.02.<br>
