Looks like $22/year. That's reasonable, and a few bucks extra for a 
Canadian provider is worthwhile.

Interesting that they also sell Exchange-backed email accounts with OWA 
access.  That's got to be a very niche market.

I'm separately paying for email via Fastmail. I haven't hosted my own 
email since 2008. I'm technically capable, but really can't be bothered 
to deal with it.

I settled on Fastmail for the same sort of reason I picked Gandi 
initially: I like what they do. Fastmail has their own Web UI, but also 
provides plain-old IMAP/*DAV access. They're also the primary force 
behind jmap, which I think is interesting.
