So, the OVH VPS had me (try to) sign up.

It's been a nightmare. I'm an hour in, have been through multiple chat 
sessions with often useless agents (I even had to ask one if they're a 
bot as they didn't seem to understand the issues I was explaining).


On the other hand, they have .ca for $5 (½ price) right now.

Anyway, after signing up for a VPS hosted in Quebec, I had to go through 
account creation. Canada was not in the country of residence. Supposedly 
I signed up with WE vs NA or something, I don't even know.


"Try again with a different email address and this account that's in 
limbo will auto-delete ... eventually."
