[kwlug-disc] Weather From Home Assistant + AppDaemon

Here is the code for HomeAssistant/AppDaemon forecast email.

You need to place both files in the directory that has your modules (.py
files) and module configuration (.yaml files)
The comments in the configuration YAML file should be self explanatory.
