I have exceeded Rogers bandwidth cap every single month since this was 
implemented, which I think was some time back in the summer.  Some times by as 
much as 500 GB over the cap.

This has resulted in two things.  $25 extra charge ever month.

A bill that really freaks you out because it says your bandwidth bill is 
hundreds of dollars then it gives you a deduction for all of that hundreds of 
dollars except $25.

They do not seem to care though and have never even called me.

I have heard in the past that they will call and threaten cancellation of 
people who do lots of torrent downloads.  I do not do much torrents, so I 
cannot comment on this and that may or may not be an issue.
