Agreed. I have had success doing exactly what Darcy suggests, once in 
the 1970s, writing to Max Saltsman (MP) and, more recently, with letters 
to Elizabeth Witmer (MPP) and John Milloy (MPP & Minister MTCU). While 
these communications were not related to anything techie I simply want 
to support Darcy's suggestion.
