[kwlug-disc] FusionPBX support resources

The two contenders I know of are Asterisk and FreeSWITCH. FusionPBX is
a frontend for FreeSWITCH. 

Our intention is to develop in-house knowledge. But I am hoping that
there is some community to turn to when we get stuck.
