I was looking at APC UPS information and Schneider Electric informs me
that they are in the process of setting up their web sites (Spain
already done) to use https... Waiting to hear back on their upgrade at
discount options.

I have a really old APC Back-UPS XS 900 that I'd already swapped out a
fan on. It'll be interesting to see what new technology is available.

On another APC UPS, I am having issues getting the battery cover off.
It just went out. I should perhaps be a little more pro-active and check
the batteries regularly and put on the calender to change out batteries.

Anyway, I am impressed by the quick and courteous response from
Schneider Electric.
