Google Groups for business can send messages on behalf of a group email
address, but I can't find a simple instruction manual. Here is a YouTube
video that somewhat explains it.
https://www.ditoweb.com/blog/2013/12/sending-messages-from-group-address/

Basically, you create a group (mailing list), join it, then enable posting
on behalf of this mailing list in the settings, then add it to your Gmail
as an account to send mail on behalf of it.

Pros: as many people as you want can subscribe to the group, receive
incoming mail, and reply on behalf of it, but group owner controls the
whole process.
Cons: requires Google GSuite paid subscription.
