I don't think this article accurately describes the real practical issues in running a Mastodon instance.

Instead, it focuses on hypothetical legal risks, and recommends expensive ways to protect yourself, such as creating a limited liability corporation. I would ask: are these actual real problems that other Mastodon instances are already dealing with? If not, don't worry about hypotheticals, focus on the practical and the real.
