[kwlug-disc] Any local to me help available

Good day.
 Can anyone point me to a person that can help me recover from a bad
software upgrade on KDE plasma 6.4 OS on a desktop cpu?

I now have a black screen with a working mouse cursor and ctrl F4 does not
accept my login/pw.

I live in town of Simcoe. Happy to pay for their service bring cpu to their
location.
