Excellent point Cranky ...
The circuit has a few things on it, but none of them is electricity to
heat (the highest current drawers).
There is a dehumidifier, and water softener on the same circuit, as
well security cameras with PoE.

But none of these are new.
Last summer I had the same setup, and everything was working fine.
And so far this summer, everything was working.

I did measure the voltage coming out of the circuit, and it is 114V
and change, so still good, and definitely not 97V ...
