[kwlug-disc] UPS Power Down Question

I would try to set this variable for many minutes - 10s on a large UPS.

Maybe go with a lower shutdown threshold?

UPS-es are the best argument for appliance-class computing.
Try and get your systems to the point where you do not care if the power 
goes out - or how it comes back on.
