[kwlug-disc] CarryTel referral

I'm on a CarryTel 1000/50 plan.  In the beginning there seemed to be the
occasional disconnect, but lately it's been mostly steady.  I also run VPN
on top of this so I might get 850-900 by 45 speeds, but I can live with
that.
