My billing cycle is the 9th, so slightly off from yours.
* May 10 to June 09 - 843kWh - $138
* June 10 to July 09 - 1228kWh - $189
Depending on your house, AC, and desired temperature, that's probable.
Note that my prices are from London Hydro, and I'm on TOU billing. That's just the electric part of the bill (minus water/sewer), and includes the delivery charges.
I just did the math and I would have saved $3 on the July bill with TIER billing, which matches with last time I did the comparison. Which suggests that I'm still ahead on TOU once you include months that are not July/August.
(That math may change later this year as I transition to WFH)
