[kwlug-disc] OT: Android launcher app ?

Hello all,

A bit off topic, but I don't think the cabal would mind much ...

The Android launcher (i.e. home app) that I have been using for many years
has gone to the dark side.
It was Nova Launcher.
They got bought, then sold again, and the current owner is in the data
collection business ...
So I uninstalled it.

I want a basic multi page launcher, i.e. you swipe left or right for more
icons, and make each page for a category, e.g. utilities, weather,
astronomy, and so on.

It should have also have a configurable number of columns and rows, so it
works on a tablet and a phone.

Ideally it would be open source, so it would be on F-droid, and contains no
anti-features.

Presently, I am using Fast Draw from F-droid.
It does the job but forces the icons to be alphabetically sorted, which is
annoying.
It also forces the phone aspect ratio on the tablet, which is also annoying.

Any other recommendations, experiences?
