My experience with Reliance Home Comfort was great when the furnace
was under warranty. It would not light up and I called and the tech came
and cleaned the flame sensor, and it worked again.

Then the warranty expired, and the blower would try to start, only to stop.

I called trying to get the blower fixed, fully aware that I will have to
pay.
All my calls ended up with them saying: "your account is not in good
standing". What "good standing"? There is no account. It was paid in full
after the installation many years ago. The warranty expired and I will be
paying for the parts and service.

I even wrote a complaint letter and sent it by snail mail.
No one bothered to call or reply.

Because of the time constraint (like what Chris Irwin is going through in
the
other thread), I ended up going with a small contractor who got a better
brand (Lennox vs. the old being Goodman).
