[kwlug-disc] Networking issue

An update: after rebooting a few times, nothing worked. So I slept on it.
Today I rebooted and found that things worked. Probably the DHCP lease
time expired, and things reset themselves in the network.

So I am going to change the lease time for the Pi to 10 minutes, such that
if an issue happens, it would not be more than that much down time.
