[kwlug-disc] Odd situation when booting from live image

Turned out that pressing the off button for 5 seconds was not enough.
Pressing it about 8 seconds did the trick.

Then I ran into an issue where the new laptop would not boot.
The BIOS would display boot devices, try to boot when the NVME
disk is selected, the redisplays the boot device list, ad infinitum.

Disabling Secure Boot in the BIOS seems to be what did the trick.
Odd that Xubuntu on a USB drive boots fine, but fro the NVME
disk ...
