Envira (kwhydro) has a calculator on their site that retroactively calculates costs, and if I switched to TIER pricing, my bill would have been $6 more in June, and $3 lower in the last 30 days. Ultra-low is always significantly more expensive though. The difference between TIER and TOU doesn't seem to be priced different enough to really worry about -and this is with an EV and teenagers! -Jason
