Yes!
Like you, we were slavishly adhering to the TOU schedules and found it
untenable over time, especially during the C19 days.
I confess, I didn't do a deep dive into the costs, I really should look at
the Enova tool that Anton kindly mentioned.
Here's my last 24 months #s from Enova, looks like my useage is pretty
bursty, not sure how that would play with TOU --
